Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products at MaDog Designs, we do not accept returns for items where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer. Please ensure all measurements provided are accurate before placing your order.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement.

- Incorrect Order Fulfillment: If there is an error with your order that was caused by MaDog Designs (e.g., wrong item sent, incorrect customization), please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the item for the correct one.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item).

6. Refunds
